Room heater is too hot and not adjustable

Hotel rate is too expensive at that kind of area and I pay RMB15 for a packet of coffee powder in the room that my colleague took without being alert that it's chargeable and more over the coffe powder need to be filter before consumption and he gave up taking it. I feel that the hotel should not charge guest for the small little packet of coffee and should be compliment. To be frank I stay in Shanghai city area with convenient access, nice room and pay lesser for the room rate.

The staff were incredibly helpful, made us feel welcomed and went above and beyond to assist with our requests. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a very comprehensive selection and fresh fruit that was a nice touch. The location was perfect, right next to a shopping mall with plenty of restaurants and shops to choose from. In addition, we liked how the gym was well-appointed and had everything we needed for a good workout.

The WiFi service was very unreliable and frequently dropped out, which was frustrating. Although the rooms were clean, they seemed a bit worn and tired.

This hotel is a hidden gem with luxurious amenities and facilities. the spacious room had a comfortable bed, large flat screen TV and a sleek bathroom with a Jacuzzi. the private lounge area also offered a peaceful escape with exclusive services available. the restaurant offered exceptional dishes with a wide menu and friendly staff.

The location may not be suitable for tourists and those looking to explore the city, however, the hotel provided easy access to local tram systems.

The location outside to the shopping centre is convenient, as there are many shops and restaurants within walking distance. You can easily get to Songjiang South rail station and there are several supermarkets just next to the hotel. the rooms and bathrooms are comfortable and have tea and coffee making facilities. the breakfast buffet has a large choice of dishes that will appeal to most tastes, and the staff are very helpful. There are also many facilities including a spa, massage services, indoor swimming pool and table tennis.

Noise levels from the neighboring rooms can be disruptive.

the exclusive amenities, such as the swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and private facilities, were all well maintained and thoroughly enjoyable. the restaurant and bar/lounge area provided a lovely atmosphere and the food and drinks were delicious. the room itself was spacious, clean, and had exclusive room advantages that we enjoyed. the service was impeccable and the staff went above and beyond to meet our needs.

The only minor issue we encountered during our stay at this hotel was the internet access. the LAN and Wifi-based internet was slower than anticipated and the VPN seldom worked.
